Installation:

To install, use OpenIV.

Having opened its vehicles.img (#:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages)
using the command FIND to locate and delete (the DELETE) files voodoo.wft and voodoo.wtd
ADD command and add the files from the archive.


Further, any text editor, open the file handling.dat (#:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data), find the line EMPEROR and replace the next:
